A word from Raison Home

As part of our change of brand and positioning, we have decided to work on a new web marketing strategy based on capturing leads via inbound methods. We worked with Markentive who assisted us in the creation of the website. To support its new digital strategy, Raison Home called on Markentive to set up the HubSpot Sales and Marketing solutions and redesign its website on HubSpot CMS.

This 360 ° project had to meet many objectives:

  • Reflect Raison Home's new brand identity and position the brand as a reference in interior design;
  • Offer a personalized customer experience by building a multilingual website with content adapted to each target country;
  • Optimize the user journey: improve navigation, promote conversion on the website and better process all new inbound leads;
  • Automate the attribution of new leads to different franchisees;
  • Improve collaboration between marketing and sales;
  • Develop Inbound Marketing actions.

The solutions we've provided


After taking into account our client's different goals, we supported him in the implementation of HubSpot and the redesign of his website on HubSpot CMS.

  • Creation of designs in line with the new brand identity of Raison Home;
  • Work on buyer personas and sales cycles to offer better navigation and improved customer journeys on the website;
  • Improving the readability of the offer on the website and allowing to easily integrate new offers;

  • Creation of sales pipelines by type of project for better monitoring of the development of opportunities.

The results

From the launch of its new website in September 2020, Raison Home has obtained very satisfactory results. Marketing teams were able to better segment incoming leads and start launching highly personalized marketing campaigns, thanks to marketing automation.
