What is HubSpot's pricing since October 1, 2026?

For any new subscription in the EMEA region, the GTM license costs €90 per month in Professional and €175 in Enterprise, billed annually. The Ops license costs €50 per month and the view-only license is free. Each edition includes 10,000 credits per month in Professional and 15,000 in Enterprise; beyond that, a credit costs €0.01.

Does the new HubSpot pricing apply to existing customers?

No. An account opened before October 1, 2026 stays on its original pricing, including at renewal and when adding hubs or seats. HubSpot has not announced any migration timeline.

What is the difference between a GTM license and an Ops license?

The GTM license gives access to the whole platform in the subscribed edition, including marketing, sales and customer service tools. The Ops license covers workflows, reports, data and administration, without access to using marketing and sales tools. A portal must have at least one GTM license, assigned in particular to the super admin.

How do HubSpot credits work?

Credits measure the work performed by the platform: marketing email sends, workflow actions, AI agent conversations, accepted quotes. Each edition includes a monthly allowance that does not roll over. Beyond it, each credit is billed €0.01, except for items covered by a capacity pack.

How much does sending marketing emails cost in the new pricing?

The first 10,000 sends of the month cost 15 credits each (€0.15), then 5 credits up to 55,000 sends, 2 credits up to 100,000 and 0.5 credit beyond that. Fixed-price packs exist: €1,000 for 10,000 sends, €3,000 for 100,000 sends, €6,000 for 1 million sends per month.

Can Professional and Enterprise be combined in the same portal?

No, not in the new pricing. A portal has a single edition, which applies to all its licenses. Existing customers keep the ability to combine hubs of different tiers.

Are marketing contacts still billed?

Not in the new pricing: marketing contacts are included in the edition's record capacity (250,000 in Professional, 15 million in Enterprise). The cost of a marketing database shifts to email sends, billed in credits. Existing customers continue to be billed per marketing contact.

Is HubSpot really cheaper than Salesforce?

On list price, HubSpot and Salesforce fall within comparable ranges at Enterprise level. The difference lies in total cost of ownership: go-live in 6 to 12 weeks versus 4 to 9 months, integration costs two to three times lower and lighter administration. Over 3 years, for a team of 30 users, the gap can reach 40 to 60% in HubSpot's favor.
