Objectives & Challenges

mc2i wanted to modernize its outdated commercial and marketing tools, which were not SaaS-based and difficult to fully leverage. The company was looking for an intuitive, scalable platform to centralize marketing and sales activities while improving internal collaboration.

mc2i chose Markentive for its proven expertise in deploying HubSpot, particularly for service-based companies.

Thanks to Markentive’s tailored support, the implementation was both efficient and fast, with processes customized to the specific needs of the sector — helping to address several key challenges:

  • Outdated, non-SaaS marketing and sales tools.

  • A fragmented toolset and siloed operations, with actions managed through Excel files and manually reimported into the CRM.

  • Lack of fluid collaboration between marketing and sales teams, limiting responsiveness and campaign effectiveness.

In this context, the project’s objectives were as follows:

Markentive implemented a structured, multi-stage approach. First, design workshops were held to define mc2i's specific needs and use cases. Next, the technical implementation involved customizing HubSpot and integrating it with existing IS tools.

The structuring of workflows and processes then facilitated the automation of scenarios to optimize marketing and sales actions. Finally, training sessions and ongoing support were deployed to ensure optimal adoption of the tool.
