Objectives& Challenges

The previous Great Place to Work website acted more as a showcase than a true marketing tool. Its technical limitations were holding back growth. Yet their inbound marketing strategy required a high-performing site — one that’s well-optimized for SEO, designed to convert leads, and equipped with robust analytics to continuously refine their content.

With this in mind, the website redesign focused on several key objectives:

  • Develop a new website aligned with the UK site’s visual identity to ensure international brand consistency.
  • Enhance the user experience by simplifying navigation, streamlining the site structure, and refining content.
  • Boost site performance with faster page load times.
  • Simplify content management and updates through flexible, user-friendly modules built on the HubSpot CMS.

Creation of a new website based on the graphic identity of the UK site to ensure international consistency.

We harmonized and modernized the artistic direction of the Great Place to Work UK site, while adapting it to the specific needs of the French site. We integrated modifications aligned with the latter's objectives and expectations, developing tailor-made modules to better showcase the company's services and products.

Improve the user experience by simplifying navigation, optimizing the tree structure and streamlining content.

With the aim of improving the site's user experience and navigation, we completely redesigned its tree structure and navigation. We also optimized the site's internal mesh by adding strategic calls to action, making content easier to find and offering intuitive navigation throughout the site.

Facilitate content management and editing with flexible, ergonomic modules developed on the HubSpot CMS.
