HubSpot pricing 2026: GTM licenses, credits and price per edition

Written by Stéphane Duwicquet | 07 October 2026

Since October 1, 2026, HubSpot has been billing every new subscription in the EMEA region, France included, differently. The price is no longer built hub by hub: it depends on the portal's edition, each user's role and the volume of work performed by the platform.

Customers already under contract keep the per-hub pricing. This article details both price grids for the Professional and Enterprise editions, with the trade-offs Markentive, a HubSpot Elite partner, applies during scoping.

GTM license per month in Professional

€175

GTM license per month in Enterprise

€50

Ops license per month, Pro and Enterprise

€0.01

Already a HubSpot customer?

Your contract stays on the per-hub pricing, including at renewal and when adding hubs or seats. The corresponding prices are detailed in section 5.

1. The changes as of October 1, 2026

The new pricing applies to subscriptions opened from October 1, 2026 in the EMEA region. HubSpot had first tested it in the Nordic countries. No migration timeline has been announced for existing customers.

Item Per-hub pricing (existing customers) New pricing
Offer One subscription per hub, or a bundle A single edition for the whole portal
Mixing tiers Possible (Marketing Pro and Sales Starter, for example) Not possible
Users Core, Sales, Service, View-Only seats GTM, Ops, view-only licenses
Database Billed per marketing contact Record capacity included
Emails and workflows Included in the subscription Counted in credits or packs
Credits included 3,000 (Pro), 5,000 (Enterprise) 10,000 (Pro), 15,000 (Enterprise)

Consequence for your budget

The bill now depends on the number of users and the platform's volume of activity. Until now, it depended mainly on the hubs subscribed and the size of the marketing database.

2. How much does HubSpot cost in the new pricing?

  Professional Enterprise
GTM license €90/month €175/month
Ops license €50/month €50/month
View-only license Free Free
Credits included per month 10,000 15,000
CRM records included 250,000 15,000,000

Prices excl. VAT per license and per month, with an annual commitment. Without an annual commitment, the Professional GTM license rises to €100 per month. A single GTM license is enough to open a Professional portal. The Starter tier, limited to 10 users and without capacity packs, is not covered here.

Three licenses, assigned by role

GTM

€90 Pro · €175 Enterprise

Marketing, sales, customer service. Access to the whole platform: campaigns, sequences, quotes, help desk, AI agents.

Ops

€50 Pro and Enterprise

RevOps, administration, analysis. Workflows, reports, data, permissions. No use of marketing and sales tools.

View-only

Free

Executives, finance, adjacent teams. Viewing dashboards, without editing.

A portal must have at least one GTM license, and the super admin must hold one.

The gap between GTM and Ops reaches €40 per month in Professional and €125 in Enterprise. A CRM administrator or an analyst who launches neither campaigns nor sequences therefore does not need a GTM license.

Credits: usage-based billing

Each edition includes a monthly credit allowance that does not roll over. Beyond that, a credit costs €0.01. Creating or viewing records does not consume credits, nor do individual emails sent from a connected inbox, such as sequences. All other emails sent by HubSpot are counted: marketing, transactional and automated emails, such as meeting reminders or surveys.

Action Credits In euros
Email sent by HubSpot (marketing, transactional, automated) 15, then 5, 2 and 0.5 depending on the month's volume €0.15 to €0.005
Workflow action 3, then 2, 0.5 and 0.1 depending on the month's volume €0.03 to €0.001
Breeze (AI) workflow action 10 €0.10
Conversation resolved by the customer agent 50 €0.50
Lead recommended by the prospecting agent 100 €1
Data agent response 10 €0.10
Content produced by the content agent 1,000 €10
Accepted quote 100 €1
WhatsApp message 20 €0.20

Volume tiers kick in at 10,000, 55,000 and 100,000 units in the month.

The item to watch: marketing email

In the per-hub pricing, sending was included in Marketing Hub. In the new pricing, 10,000 emails sent in the month consume 150,000 credits, or €1,500. The allowance included in Professional covers only 10,000.

Capacity packs

Packs replace credit consumption with a fixed monthly price. Email send and workflow action packs are reserved for the Professional and Enterprise editions, at the same price in both editions.

Email send pack Monthly price Cost per email Same volume paid in credits
2,000 sends €200 €0.10 €300
10,000 sends €1,000 €0.10 €1,500
100,000 sends €3,000 €0.03 €4,650
1,000,000 sends €6,000 €0.006 €9,150

A pack costs about a third less than the same volume paid in credits. The 100,000-send pack costs as much as 40,000 sends paid in credits. It therefore becomes cost-effective beyond 40,000 sends per month.

For workflows, the 500,000-action pack costs €150 per month, compared with €1,825 for the same volume paid in credits. It is cost-effective from 5,000 monthly actions, which consume 15,000 credits. Most portals that automate their lead qualification would benefit from subscribing to it. Workflow control steps (delays, branches, routing) do not count as actions. The 500-million-action pack, at €900 per month, is sized for the Enterprise edition.

Records and options

  • Marketing contacts: they are no longer billed separately and are included in the record capacity. Beyond it, €5 per month per 1,000 records.
  • AI agent packs: €25 for 2,500 credits, €400 for 40,000, €1,500 for 150,000. These credits fund any feature that consumes credits, at the same rate as pay-as-you-go: the pack is used to set the monthly budget, not to reduce the price per credit.
  • Options: data warehouse (€1,000/month), sensitive data (€250/month), transactional email (€300/month), dedicated IP (€250/month).

3. How much does HubSpot cost for your profile: two cost simulations

Two Professional portals, in euros excl. VAT per month with an annual commitment, excluding onboarding and options. Each simulation compares the new pricing with the equivalent cost under the per-hub pricing.

Simulation 1 · Professional

A 10-person sales team

10 sales reps with GTM licenses, no marketing email, 8,000 workflow actions and 50 leads suggested by the prospecting agent each month.

  • Licenses: 10 × €90 = €900
  • Workflows: 500,000-action pack at €150 (€240 in credits)
  • Prospecting agent: 5,000 credits, covered by the included allowance

New pricing

≈ €1,050/month

Per-hub pricing

≈ €900/month

The gap remains limited because this team does not send marketing emails.

Simulation 2 · Professional

A 9-person marketing and sales team

3 marketers and 5 sales reps with GTM licenses, 1 RevOps manager with an Ops license, 25,000 marketing emails per month to a database of 10,000 contacts, 40,000 workflow actions per month.

  • Licenses: 8 × €90 + 1 × €50 = €770
  • Workflows: 500,000-action pack at €150 (€900 in credits)
  • Emails: 10,000-send pack at €1,000, then 15,000 sends at 5 credits, i.e. 75,000 credits, of which 65,000 beyond the allowance: €650 (€2,150 if all sends were paid in credits)

New pricing

≈ €2,570/month

Per-hub pricing

≈ €1,700/month

Under the per-hub pricing, this amount corresponds to Marketing Hub Pro (€890), 8,000 additional marketing contacts (€360) and 5 Sales Hub Pro seats (€450). The gap comes almost entirely from email volume.

For a marketing team that sends a lot, segmentation therefore becomes a direct budget lever: each email not sent to an inactive contact saves up to €0.15.

These simulations are indicative. Final sizing starts from the portal's actual volumes: users by role, monthly sends, workflow actions and planned use of AI agents.

4. Professional or Enterprise: how to choose in the new pricing?

Under the per-hub pricing, a company could move a single hub to Enterprise and leave the others in Professional. The new pricing no longer allows this: the edition applies to the whole portal, and each GTM license then goes from €90 to €175 per month.

Enterprise adds in particular multi-level teams, the sandbox account, data access control, multi-account management, email and quote approvals, and sensitive data storage.

Three questions help you decide:

  1. Does your governance require hierarchical teams, restrictions by region or approval workflows? If not, Professional is enough in most of the deployments we carry out.
  2. How many GTM licenses will the portal have in two years? For 20 users, the gap represents €20,400 per year.
  3. Which users can move to an Ops or view-only license? The Ops license stays at €50 in Enterprise: a rigorous allocation reduces the gap between the two editions.

5. Existing customers: per-hub pricing remains in force

Companies under contract before October 1, 2026 stay on this pricing for their renewals and expansions.

Hub Professional Enterprise Included in Pro
Marketing Hub €890/month €3,300/month 3 seats, 2,000 contacts
Sales Hub €90 to €100/seat €150/seat No minimum
Service Hub €90/seat €150/seat No minimum
Content Hub €500/month €1,500/month 3 seats
Data Hub €720/month €2,000/month 1 seat
Customer Platform (6 hubs) ≈ €1,580/month ≈ €4,700/month 6 seats

Prices excl. VAT, billed annually. Commerce Hub is billed per transaction (typically 2.9% + €0.30 via Stripe).

Seats. The Core Seat gives editing access to the hubs purchased. The Sales Seat and Service Seat are required for advanced Sales Hub and Service Hub features. The View-Only Seat is free and unlimited.

Marketing contacts. Beyond the included tiers, each additional block of 1,000 contacts costs about €45/month in Pro and €90/month in Enterprise. Quarterly cleanup of inactive contacts helps you stay within the planned tier.

Bundles. Customer Platform becomes attractive from three hubs, with savings of 40 to 60% compared with buying hubs individually. Marketing+ combines Marketing Hub and Content Hub. The Custom Bundle freely combines hubs with a progressive discount.

6. What costs and lead times should you plan for on top of the list price?

The price displayed by HubSpot is not the final budget, and the signature date is not the go-live date.

Item Cost Lead time
Official HubSpot onboarding Mandatory in Pro and Enterprise (per-hub pricing: €1,350 to €6,300) 4 to 8 weeks
Deployment by a partner From €20,000 6 to 12 weeks, 3 to 6 months in a complex context
Credits beyond the allowance €0.01 per credit, or packs Every month
Records beyond capacity €5/month per 1,000 As soon as capacity is exceeded

Official onboarding is limited to a few calls and training resources. Process modeling, pipeline configuration, ERP or telephony integrations, data migration and team training are handled by an integration partner.

7. HubSpot versus Salesforce and Dynamics: total cost of ownership

Comparing CRMs on list price alone leads to the wrong conclusion, because deployment and administration weigh more than licenses over 3 years.

For 30 to 50 users HubSpot Salesforce or Dynamics
Deployment cost €20,000 to €80,000 €40,000 to €200,000
Ongoing administration Less than a quarter of an FTE About one dedicated FTE
Time to go-live 6 to 12 weeks 4 to 9 months

Over 3 years, for 30 sales and marketing users, the gap can reach 40 to 60% in HubSpot's favor. With the new pricing, this calculation must include the volume of emails and workflow actions, now billed on usage.

8. Why get support from Markentive on HubSpot pricing?

Three decisions made at signature set the cost of the subscription for twelve months: the portal's edition, the allocation of licenses, and the choice between credits and packs. A mistake on any one of them is paid for throughout the contract.

As a HubSpot Elite partner, Markentive carries out this scoping before signature, based on your actual volumes: choice of edition, allocation of GTM, Ops and view-only licenses, estimate of email sends, workflow actions and AI agent usage, then choice between credits and packs. For existing customers, the same work is done at renewal on the trade-off between buying hubs individually and a bundle.

Before signing or renewing your subscription

The volumes that set the cost under the new pricing can be measured now, in your current portal or in your emailing tool: number of users by role, marketing emails sent per month over the last twelve months, monthly workflow actions. Gathering these figures before any commercial discussion makes it possible to compare editions and packs on real data rather than estimates.
