To ensure efficient project management, we set up structured processes and dedicated assets, facilitating collaboration between our teams and those of the customer. A tailor-made SEO strategy was also deployed to ensure the visibility of the new site, and our support continued beyond the launch, to ensure a smooth and lasting take-up of the platform.

Creation of dozens of pages, templates and modules

  • 10 main pages (Homepage/About Us/Bundle Blog... )
  • 7 templates (Categories/Service/Product)
  • 42 mockups created on Figma
  • 34 custom modules created and developed

500 pages/resources/articles migrated by our teams

To facilitate the migration and monitor its progress, both internally at Markentive and externally with Precision for Medicine, we :

  • Set up several project management tools (Notion, Excel, daily, weekly and monthly meetings)
  • 1 Excel tracker dedicated to the migration , which each individual had to carefully update according to his or her contribution to the project

Creation and development of dynamic custom modules via hubDB

Precision for Medicine wanted to easily manage and centralize its internal resources. To meet this need, we created a number of HubDB tables, enabling the dynamic retrieval of information for a variety of uses.

  • Resource center (white papers, posters, case studies, etc.),
  • People (Name, Business unit and post)
  • Map module to identify PFM's area of action (coverage), categorize its infrastructures (Tags) and place them (Marker) on a map, while providing more detail when a marker is clicked.

Merging their 3 business units into a single HubSpot site

In addition to grouping their three Business Units under a single domain name and representing the complexity of their information while ensuring a fluid and coherent user path, the challenge also consisted in merging their three existing sites and designing templates adapted to the specific needs of each.

Redesigning and modernizing their visual identity

Precision for Medicine had high expectations for the design of their site. They wanted it to reflect their cutting-edge technology, while retaining the key elements of their pre-eminent identity.

  • Co-construction and modernization of the new identity using existing guidelines as a starting point
  • Color variations, font suggestions and visual styles
  • Integration of animations on all pages
